- What is the appropriate footwear?
- For ladies, a pair of soft leather or suede-soled shoes with either crossed straps or a T-strap are best (for maximum foot support). Stilettos, boots, trainers with rubber soles and sandals are not appropriate.

- Can I attend a class in socks?
- It is advisable to bring a pair of leather sole shoes for health and safety reasons.
- What clothing should I wear?
- You can wear anything, but feel free to also dress up, as there is a Practica after class on Sundays. Please wear anything from casual to elegant, as you feel.
