Rojo y Negro logo and branding imagery usage

Rojo y Negro logos and other branding imagery may not be used without requesting permission from Rojo y Negro.

I'd like to use one of the Rojo y Negro logos, and I have permission to do so, but it doesn't match the design of my Web site. Can I change the logo?
No. The Rojo y Negro Logo provides the organisation with its visual identity. As a result, there are strict rules for its use. Changing the Rojo y Negro logos is not permitted, as it defeats the purpose of the logo, which is to be noticed and identified as Rojo y Negro.
If you specify the size you have available for the logo, the relevant resolution (whether for web, screen or print) and whether the background is black, white or coloured, a logo fit for the purpose can be supplied, but it must not be modified further.
Can I use an image in a link to the Rojo y Negro Web site that is not derived from the Rojo y Negro logo?
Yes, you may link to the Rojo y Negro site with images that are not derived from the Rojo y Negro logo.
